From time to time, we all experience difficulties that have an impact on our daily lives, work, hobbies, sleep or relationships.  Whilst we can often cope with these ourselves, or with the help of friends and family, it can also be helpful to talk to a professional about these difficulties.

I offer a confidential and safe space to think about your current difficulties, what might have contributed to these, and some strategies to support you.

I can support people with a range of difficulties; either with or without a formal diagnosis.
