Our bodies and mind work together in such a way that when one part is suffering the other does as well.  Many of the approaches that I use, such as Mindfulness, are helpful for supporting difficulties including pain or sleep disorders.

In addition, I would be happy to offer a consultation to think with you about where you might find appropriate specialist support, including recommended acupuncturists, nutritionists, and physiotherapists.
